STORY & PHOTOS

In 1995's "Something to Talk About", Grace inadvertently sees her husband Eddie kissing another woman on a street corner. Later, when he claims he is working late, she drives around town in her nightgown until she spots him in a pub with the same woman he'd kissed, plus a few more people. She stops in the middle of the street and confronts Eddie right there, while there daughter watches the whole scene from the car - and everyone inside the pub watches through the window.

Six Pence Pub is a real place, in lovely Savannah, GA. The film's producers didn't disguise the pub at all, and if you visit you'll be happy to see that in person it is just as it appears on-screen.

They are really committed to the British pub theme, too: they have a red phone booth outside!

Bonus: the food's good, too! (My mom and I were in Savannah for three days and she made me eat here three times.)

Plus it's near plenty of other Savannah attractions, and is steps away from one of the Savannah trolley stops. I highly recommend it!
