STORY & PHOTOS
"The Office", though set in Scranton, PA, is filmed mostly in Southern California. The Dunder Mifflin office is located in the fictional Scranton Business Park, which is actually Chandler Valley Studios in Van Nuys, CA.
The building is at the end of a somewhat sketchy-looking industrial street; however, it's pretty cool to be standing right outside the office building where your favorite characters work and fight.
When they need to film, they dress up the building with Dunder Mifflin signage to give it the right feel. And if you show up on a filming day, you'll probably see the actors' trailers parked in the adjoining lots.
When my cousin Alana and I were there, we also spotted Dwight's car in the lot:

As big fans, we were stoked! This is definitely worth a drive-by if you're a fan of "The Office".
