Event: "The Good Wife" PaleyFest Panel
WHERE Dolby Theatre, Hollywood & Highland
WHEN March 7, 2015
STORY & PHOTOS
"The Good Wife" is hands-down one of the best shows on TV today. It has the wit, intelligence, acting and writing quality of a primo cable drama, but it airs 20-24 episodes a year on CBS. Crazy! The creative team and the cast are incredibly talented, and I was thrilled to get to attend their PaleyFest panel tonight!
In attendance were creators/masterminds Robert and Michelle King, as well as cast members Julianna Marguiles, Christine Baranski, and Matt Czuchry. I was completely excited that James Corden was the moderator. I've loved him since he kissed Harry Styles and tattooed his face on Niall Horan's bum, and his new job as the host of "The Late Late Show" kicks off next week. And he did not disappoint -- he was funny as hell.
Probably my biggest takeaway from this panel was HOW MUCH FUN JULIANNA MARGUILES IS. Her character, Alicia Florrick, is pretty buttoned-up and serious. But Julianna seems like a great time. I want to get brunch with her and possibly become best friends.
I have also had a crush on Matt Czuchry since he was Logan on "Gilmore Girls", so seeing him in person was swoon-worthy as well.
All in all, a fantastic time was had celebrating a fantastic show!
