April and Andy's ramshackle new house from "Parks and Recreation"

STORY & PHOTOS
Our favorite lovable weirdos, Andy Dwyer (Chris Pratt) and April Ludgate (Aubrey Plaza), had a sort of existential crisis in the final season of "Parks and Recreation" when they realized their lives were pretty normal. They, of course, had to run out and fix that... so they bought a creepy-ass, rundown, ramshackle house.
This house also appeared in a tenth-season episode of "Criminal Minds" - you know, the one with the guy who thought bugs were crawling under his skin? Ew. In the episode, the same house is condemned, and it's where the FBI eventually busts the unsub holding a woman hostage.
In real life, the house looks very much the same. (As in, you really want to make sure your Tetanus shot is up-to-date before you venture inside. Also, it's probably haunted.)
The property is fenced-in, so it's a little tough to get good photos, but you can certainly make due. Here's me and my friend Alex posing:
