"Neighbors" was one of 2014's funniest films, with a great cast led by Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, and Zac Efron. It's the tale of a rowdy frat house and the new-parents-who-still-wanna-be-cool who live next door -- can they coexist? Not until they've gone through a bunch of shenanigans.

I love love love the look of the frat house. It's really gorgeous (and it doesn't look fratty in real life). It does look extra special, though, with hotties Zac Efron and Dave Franco hanging around.

The house where Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly (Rose Byrne) live is less grandiose, but still really lovely.

The real-life homes can be found in the Harvard Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, and they really are next door to one another in a somewhat college-y area.
