"Hart of Dixie" is all about Southern living... but it's not filmed in Alabama. The Bluebell scenes are filmed at Warner Brothers Studio in Burbank, CA.
In episode 110, Lemon goes to track down her mother, Alice, who has been living only 30 miles away. When Lemon finds her mother's house, she is shocked and hurt to realize that not only did Alice abandon the Breelands for a dream that didn't come true... she started a whole new family.
The house seen here as Alice Breeland's house is on the Warner Brothers backlot in a section called Warner Village. It's a collection of production and writing offices with facades made to look like houses in a nice neighborhood, so that the street can serve multiple purposes and still be used for filming. This particular house (notable because of the red door) is the same facade used as Hanna's house on "Pretty Little Liars", and used to be offices for the TV show "Chuck" while it was filming at Warner Brothers.
If you take the Warner Brothers VIP or Deluxe Tour, you'll most likely drive through Warner Village and get a peek at these houses. "Big Bang Theory" has shot on this street, as has "The New Adventures of Old Christine".
