MTV's teen reality soap "Laguna Beach" was filmed at actual locations in Orange County, CA, which means it's easy to track down a ton of the spots where the LB gang hung out on the show.
In episode 208, "What Goes Around", Alex M. finds out that her boyfriend Jason hooked up with his ex-girlfriend Jessica at a party. She and her best friend Taylor talk about it while shopping at Thalia Street Surf Shop the next day.
The signage has changed a bit over the past few years, but Thalia is still there:
