"The Mindy Project" is the best romantic comedy on TV, and its creator/star Mindy Kaling is my spiritual guru. Where she leads, I will follow... and one of the places I followed her to was Universal Studios in Hollywood, where "The Mindy Project" is filmed.
I recently spent a day as a VIP at Universal Studios, and I totally recommend the experience! One of the things I was really excited to see was the "Mindy Project" soundstage and the backlot facade that stands in for Mindy's workplace, Schulman & Associates. Luckily, as part of my tour experience we got within photo-taking distance of it!
I wish I could work there, although I'd probably just obsess over Danny Castellano and not get much work done. But work schmork, am I right? Like, what does Morgan do, anyway?
Walking around the backlot isn't part of the regular studio tour ride... so make sure that you sign up for the VIP Experience if you want to see where Mindy works!
